With a Princeton student netID students receive a Google Drive with 1 TB storage quota and Gmail account.
Additionally, at no charge to students, the following software is also available for download through the Princeton Software Center:

How to Buy and Download Software at Princeton
You may buy and download software through the Princeton Software Center
- Navigate to the Princeton Software Center.
- Login with your Princeton netID@princeton.edu
- Click Next
- Enter your password
- Click Sign in
- Complete the 2 Factor Authentication prompt
- Click on Start Shopping
- Add the software product(s) to your cart you would like to purchase or access
- Upon completion, you will be provided any installers or license keys necessary to begin use.
- Download your software.
- Be sure to save a copy of your download and product key. You will need product key to retrieve product downloads or keys.

Sales Tax Exemption Information
Princeton is a "tax exempt organization". However, as a general rule, the following conditions must be met for a purchase to qualify as tax exempt:
- The purchase must be for University business expenses. Do not use these forms for personal purchases.
- The purchase must be made with University funds, either via purchase order, Travel and Expense Card, or a Departmental Purchasing Card. Purchases made with personal funds are not tax exempt, even if the purchase is subsequently reimbursed by the University.
- The purchase cannot be for resale.

- Basic Access Guarantee provides 31 days of access to your order. It is included free on most orders.
- Extended Access Guarantee provides 24 months of access to your order. You can upgrade to Extended Access Guarantee for a small charge at any time before your Basic Access Guarantee expires.
- Access Guarantee Retrieval restores your access to a previous order for an additional 60 days. It can be ordered for a fee after your Basic or Extended Access Guarantee has expired.
