New TigerCards for students are issued as part of the onboarding and admissions process.
New Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students must submit a photo during the matriculation process. Instructions for submitting your photo will be sent by your college.
Your TigerCard will be included in your housing packet and available on move‑in day during check‑in.
New Graduate Students
Graduate students may pick up their TigerCard during graduate check‑in.
If you do not receive your TigerCard during check‑in, please visit The Service Point, located on the A Level of New South, for assistance.
Important: A passport‑style photo with a white background is required to process your TigerCard request. If your submitted photo does not meet requirements, you will be notified and asked to submit a new photo before your card can be issued.
Faculty and Staff
Complete the TigerCard Request Form and indicate that you are requesting a new card.
Affiliates and Guests
An authorized staff member from your sponsoring department must complete the TigerCard Request Form on your behalf.
You will be notified when your TigerCard is ready for pickup.
The student or employee must submit the TigerCard Request Form on behalf of their spouse, domestic partner, or child.
A passport‑style photo with a white background is required for each family member.
Once you are notified that your card is ready for pick-up, you may pick up your new card in person at The Service Point, on the A Floor of New South. For security reasons, TigerCards cannot be mailed.
