Please note it is necessary to submit the disputed charge in Concur on an expense/statement report within 30 days. Once the credit appears, please submit the credit on a separate expense report (unless the credit appears within 30 days where you can include in the same report as the disputed charge).

Credit Card Mobile Alerts

  1. Visit the Bank of America Global Card Access website and select Register New User.
  2. Enter your card information.
  3. Once your account has been created, select Manage Alerts.
  4. Contacts tab: Select Text from the Contact Type dropdown menu (Voice and Email are also available). Enter your mobile phone number and click Save.
  5. Settings tab: Select the types of alerts you wish to receive and associate them with the contact method you saved in Step 3 above.

Select the Suspicious Activity alert to receive text messages when the bank suspects fraud on your University credit card. Simply reply VALID or FRAUD from your mobile device. Your card’s status will be updated in real-time.

Please note, when creating your User ID, you may receive a warning that your ID is invalid, which means that the User ID is already taken. The BOA Global Card system supports many customers, and we advise creating a User ID different from your NetID and suggest adding numeric value(s) to that User ID if possible.

Please see the PIN Retrieval, Customization, & Mobile Alerts Reference Guide for more information.
