The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) gives enrolled students the right to inspect and review their educational records.
If you are offered admission, accept our offer and become a student, you may view your recommendation letters in the future ONLY if you have NOT waived your rights. If you waive your rights, you will not be able to view your recommendation letters.
Applicants who do not become students will not be able to view recommendation letters under any circumstances.
The recommender will be notified if you have waived your right to view the recommendation.
The decision to waive or not waive your rights will not affect the review of your application.
