Create/Reset Student Password

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to the Password Reset menu on the Princeton Service Portal.
2. Select Password Reset > My Princeton Account.
   The Create or Reset Your Princeton Password window displays.
3. Input your netID (not your full @princeton.edu email).
4. Follow the reset password prompts. For policies and tips, read Create Secure Princeton Passwords.

Student NetID Lookup

1. Navigate to Princeton Advanced People Search.
2. Input your First Name and Last Name.
3. Click Search or press Enter.
   Your University contact information will display, including your netID and mailbox.

Duo

Once you have successfully logged into a Princeton website or application for the first time, you will be prompted to activate/ enroll your Duo Account to complete your secure access setup. Read Duo Two-Factor Authentication for activation and enrollment instructions. 

Maintain Contact Information in TigerHub

1. Navigate to TigerHub and log in. 
2. Select the Personal Information tile.
3. Select the Contact Details icon.
4. Enter your contact information for one or both.
   
   • personal mobile phone number.
   • home email address.
