If a wireless device sends more than 500 ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) requests in a 30 second period, it will be automatically blocked by the controller. If your Lenovo computer continues to exhibit a failure to connect, it is possible that your device has a temporary block in place that will expire in 60 minutes. Please contact the OIT Service Desk should you need additional assistance.
