Lost, Stolen, Missing Computer or Device


In cases of stolen or lost device both law enforcement and OIT should be contacted.  

On Campus

Off Campus-Domestic

  1. Contact the appropriate law enforcement agency and request a police report that includes
    • Case Number
    • Law Enforcement Agent Assigned to the Case's Contact Information
      • Name
      • Agency
      • Telephone

Off Campus-International

  1. Contact the appropriate local law enforcement agency (not the US Embassy) and request a police report that includes:
    • Case Number
    • Law Enforcement Agent Assigned to the Case's Contact Information
