Scheduling for Zoom Meetings



There are three ways to schedule a Zoom Meeting.



From the Zoom Web Portal

From the Zoom Desktop/Mobile Client

From A Calendar Application



From the Zoom Web Portal

Once you are logged into the Princeton Zoom Web Portal, navigate to the meetings tab on the left pane:

On this page, select the Schedule a Meeting button to begin creating the Zoom meeting.



If you are scheduling on behalf of others, learn more.

A new meeting will load for the settings to be modified.
The user can update the Topic of the meeting, add a description, set the date and time as well as the duration, and many other meeting specific settings.

Once all the settings are configured, the user can click the Save Button to complete the scheduled meeting.

 

From the Zoom Desktop/Mobile Client

 

Once you have logged into the Zoom Desktop client, you can select the Home tab on the app

Then select the Schedule button to configure the settings for your scheduled meeting

Alternatively, you can choose the Meetings tab at the top and then selecting the + symbol for adding a new meeting.

Either way will show the settings to be configured.

From A Calendar Application

 

One calendar application that integrates with Zoom, is directly within Outlook.
