Use within the PeopleSoft HCM and Campus Solutions applications to fulfill requirements for capturing data via forms and associated workflow and approvals.


Faculty, staff and students


GT eForms can be used to create forms and any required workflow and approvals around those forms in order to capture data within the PeopleSoft HCM and Campus Solutions applications to fulfill various business processes. Forms can read or write data from/to any underlying PeopleSoft tables (e.g., Job Data, Program/Plan data etc.) as needed.



  • Forms can be created by business offices with help from OIT for some pieces
  • Forms reside right within the PeopleSoft applications and can be accessed        seamlessly through them.
  • OIT support is available when needed.
  • Forms require a University NetID and access is controlled by PeopleSoft security.


  • These are not standalone forms and are available only within PeopleSoft.
  •  It only makes sense to create a GT eForm if it fits within a business process within PeopleSoft HCM or Campus Solutions and the form will have input/output data within PeopleSoft.
  • Not available as self-service forms (end users cannot create forms) 

Approved for the following data classifications: Restricted, Confidential, Unrestricted within Princeton, and Public
