User access to Micros Simphony applications, EMC and MyMicros, is controlled by the use of Firewall rules, RSA Tokens and User credentials. There are several steps for a new user to gain access to EMC which is the Simphony application used to managed content within the application. The following procedures require communications and interaction with several University departments so please allow for several days to complete this process.
The RSA token process is available at https://www.princeton.edu/itsecurity/procedures/securid/RSA-SecurID-Token-User-Guide-2015-04-13.pdf
