How can I tell if I use Princeton Gmail or Exchange email?

Generally, students (undergraduates and graduates) have Gmail accounts. Faculty, staff, and those with the affiliation "special student" have Exchange Online.  If you are still uncertain what type of email service you have, contact the OIT Service Desk.

How do I read email while traveling?

• Gmail users can access their email though the Gmail webmail link.
• Exchange Online users can access their email through the Outlook webmail link.

How do I set an Out of Office Message/Automatic Reply? 

• Gmail users can refer to Create a vacation reply.
• Exchange Online users can refer to the Send automatic replies (out of office) from Outlook

How do I check my email quota?

• Gmail users can check their Google Drive space at the Google Drive space page.
• Exchange Online users can refer to View your Outlook folder sizes.

How do I recover deleted emails?

• Gmail users can refer to Delete or recover deleted Gmail messages.
• Exchange Online users can refer to Restoring Email, Notes, Tasks and Calendar Items in Outlook.
