Fix Common Browser & Cookie Issues


Can't access an application check your browser

  1. Clear history or cache.
  2. Allow pop-ups.

Safari Enable Cookies & Cross-Site Tracking

Duo on iOs:  if you receive the message "You need to enable cookies in order to remember this device," you likely have "block cross site tracking" and/or "block all cookies" turned on in Safari.  To fix this:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Tap Safari.
  3. Scroll down to Privacy and Security.
  4. Disable Prevent Cross-Site Tracking (Swipe the toggle left so that it is black, not green).
  5. Disable Block all Cookies (Swipe the toggle left so that it is black, not green).
