Canon Multifunctional Device – Setting Color and Single-Sided Modes


 

Color Print (PC)

  1. When you are ready to print your color document, select File>Print>Printer Properties.
  2. In the Printer Properties setting, select the Quality tab and from the Color Mode dropdown list, select Auto if you have color and black and white items in your print job or Color if all items in your print job are in color.
  3. Then select OK and continue printing.

 

Color Print (Mac)

  1. When you are ready to print your color document, within the finishing pane, select the Quality option located in the middle of the page (Note: This will default to Preview.).
  2. Within the Color Mode setting, choose the Color option to print in color.
  3. Then select Print to complete the process.

 

Color Copy

  1. From the copy home screen on the device, press Select Color. Press Auto and the device will recognize whether each page of the copy job is in black and white or in color, and will produce it accordingly.
  2. Then select OK to enable the settings and return to the copy home screen. The color mode will be displayed above the Select Color button.

 

Printing Single-Sided (PC)

  1. When you are ready to print your document, select File>Print>Printer Properties.
  2. In the Printer Properties setting, select the Finishing You will see that in the Print Style section, the document has been defaulted to 2-sided printing. To change to single-sided printing, select the dropdown and click on 1-sided Printing.
  3. Then select OK and continue printing.

 

Printing Single-Sided (Mac)

  1. When you are ready to print your document, within the finishing pane, select the Finishing option located in the middle of the page (Note: This will default to Preview.).
  2. From the Print Style pop-up menu, you will see that the document has been defaulted to 2-sided printing. To change to single-sided printing, select the dropdown and click on 1-sided Printing.
  3. Then select Print to complete the process.
