While the SOC is closed, an on-call staff member is available to address urgent support issues. If the issue is not urgent, please use the Princeton Service Portal at www.princeton.edu/service to submit your request or send email to helpdesk@princeton.edu. The SOC support staff will address your support request when the SOC re-opens the next business day of operations.
When you call the SOC for assistance, you will need to select the type of support you are seeking from the voice menu.
