Hours of operation

Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
University Holidays - Closed (with the exception of Labor Day Sept. 6, 2021)


Requesting support

There are several ways that you can contact the SOC for assistance.  You can: 

 

After-hours support

While the SOC is closed, an on-call staff member is available to address urgent support issues. If the issue is not urgent, please use the Princeton Service Portal at www.princeton.edu/service to submit your request or send email to helpdesk@princeton.edu. The SOC support staff will address your support request when the SOC re-opens the next business day of operations.

When you call the SOC for assistance, you will need to select the type of support you are seeking from the voice menu.
