When the Service Desk is closed, an on-call staff member is available to address urgent support issues.
There are several ways that you can contact the Service Desk for assistance. You can:

Option 3 - Information on how to reset your Princeton netID password
Option 4 - University Operator
While the Service Desk is closed, an on-call staff member is available to address urgent support issues. If the issue is not urgent, please use the Princeton Service Portal to submit your request or send email to servicedesk@princeton.edu. The Service Desk support staff will address your support request when the Service Desk re-opens the next business day of operations.
