Users must first submit a request for a Zoom Webinar license. After that has been completed and the user logs out and back into the Web Portal, they will see the features reflecting on their account and active.
After the license has been applied to the users account, they can navigate to the Webinars tab under their Account.
https://princeton.zoom.us/webinar/list
The page will display the upcoming (if any) Webinars scheduled from this account.
To schedule a new Webinar, click the Schedule a Webinar button the right-hand side of this page
This page will resemble the Zoom Meeting scheduling page on the web portal.
Fill in the information as needed

See more details on registration below
The user can set the Webinar Passcode, Video and Audio settings for the Zoom Webinar.
The user can Select the Webinar Options, add an Alternative Hosts (Co-host privileges, not panelist) and turn on Language Interpretation if desired.

From the Upcoming Webinars list page
https://princeton.zoom.us/webinar/list
Click on the title of the Webinar.
Once the Webinar detail page has been opened, you can scroll down to the bottom to gather the details for the invite and manage the registrants if required.
Under the Invitations tab, you will see the Invite Attendees section
This has the link that should be sent out to all prospective participants.
Registration Settings is where the user can set the approval type to either Auto (any submission is registered) or manual (requires someone to approve each entry).
Select the Edit button to open up the details of the registrations.
Note with requiring registration, every link created is individual for that participant.
If that user shares the link with someone else, they will join and show the display name of the user that had registered. This means that it would appear like a user has joined multiple times.
