Create/Reset Parent Password

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to the Password Reset menu on the Princeton Service Portal.
2. Select Password Reset > My Princeton Account.
   The Create or Reset Your Princeton Password window displays.
3. Input your netID (not your full @princeton.edu email).
4. Complete the secondary verification factor (Mobile Phone number or Home email address).
5. Review and follow the password complexity requirements displayed on the page when creating a new password.

Parent netID

Parent netIDs are sent to the personal email entered by their students in TigerHub.  The parent netID email is sent 24 hours after the parent email is entered in TigerHub.

Parents, you are unable to look up your own netID.  For help, contact Information Technology.

Maintain Contact Information in TigerHub

1. Navigate to TigerHub and log in. 
2. Select the Personal Information tile.
3. Select the Contact Details icon.
4. Enter your contact information for one or both.
   
   • personal mobile phone number.
   • home email address.
