Most users who access Princeton University's Canvas Learning Management System do so with their University NetID and password. Some users, however, have special Canvas-only accounts that are not provisioned or managed by the University's Central Authentication Service. Persons with these Canvas-only accounts should follow the protocols listed below if they forget their Canvas password.
When participants in Princeton University's Community Auditor Program register with the University's CampusCE system, Canvas accounts are created at that time.
If you are a Community Auditor Program participant who has forgotten their password, you may reset your password by doing the following:
Participants in Princeton University's Partnership Courses who have forgotten their password should send an email to canvas@princeton.edu. In your message, please provide your Canvas ID (it will begin with is_) and the email address associated with your Canvas@Princeton account.
