How to access TigerHub, HR Self Service, and Tiger Family Hub from off-campus

Accessing TigerHub, HR Self Service, Tiger Family Hub and related applications from off-campus requires a secure portal. The secure portal is not needed when on-campus.

1. Visit oit.princeton.edu/ps on a computer in private-browsing mode. (How to turn on private-browsing mode)

2. Enter your netID@princeton.edu and select Next.

3. Enter your password and select Sign In.

Common access issues

  • If you see several sign-in or connection prompts, continue through each prompt. The secure portal uses Azure Virtual Desktop, and these prompts are part of the expected secure-access process.
  • If the Allow Remote Desktop Connection? prompt appears, select Yes to continue.
  • If an old bookmark or direct link does not work from off campus, update the bookmark to oit.princeton.edu/ps.
  • If you are on campus but cannot access a service, confirm that your device is connected to the Princeton campus network. If the issue continues, contact the OIT Service Desk.
